Description of the product/ project
>Bahrain Explorer< developed in-house, is the Flagship of
Geomantic online geo-spatial products. The system was completely
developed in-house from data collection and integration, and all the
way through to the website design. The mapping engine is based
on ArcIMS and Arc/Info from ESRI. It is the first Internet-based
mapping system in the Gulf region, which is built on ESRI software,
and provides routing solution.
Jury Evaluation
>Bahrain Explorer< is well organized, easy to use and pleasant to
look at. It contains vast information about Bahrain, where visitors
and residents can learn and explore the website. Moreover the
website can accept additional entries from the users who are able to edit the local content of addresses and places of interest.
Magic Island
Description of the product/ project
>Magic Island< is a family website, that is user-friendly where
children can use the features that are provided online. They can also download screen savers and wall papers. In addition they can find more information about Magic Island and the products and
services they have as well as the up coming events.

>Magic Island< is a colorful, cheerful and simple website with
music. The presentation and graphics make it easy for children to
interact with the content. The website has event calendar and membership area that promote Magic Island promotions and events.

>Mobile Portal< is an entertainment website that provides its users with bulk messaging systems, ring tones, logos and games. It is a revolutionary new service that gives users immediate access to information, services and contents when time is of great value.

>Mobile Portal< is specialized in providing mobile phones with all gadgets and accessories. It takes mobile phones customization to
new levels by delivering the content through a pull strategy.
Examples of the content are phones skins, background, themes, ring tones, and many more.

>Click Bahrain< is dedicated to the Kingdom of Bahrain and provides information about everything to know about the country. It
provides everything both tourists and Bahrainis need to know from
shopping to education using sophisticated search tools to help users find exactly what they are looking for. It not only provides information but also links to other websites containing further details.

It is an extensive repository of what is happening in Bahrain. The colors are fresh and reflect the mood of the entertainment.
