Mr. Jak Boumans BA, MDiv. is principal consultant with Electronic Media Reporting, an electronic publishing consultancy specialized in content strategy, based at Almere (The Netherlands). Jak Boumans has been active in publishing since 1970 and started to specialize in electronic publishing in 1980. In 1990 he started the consultancy Electronic Media Reporting, performing strategy studies, doing market scans, executing project audits, organizing conferences and workshops as well as publishing articles and books. He’s General Secretary of the European Academy of Digital Media (EADiM), an invitation network of jury members and nominees of the EUROPRIX competition. He is a board member of the World Summit Award.

Manzar is an e-Content Expert for India for World Summit Award (WSA), Grand Jury Member and also Board of Directors. He is a physics graduate and post graduate in Journalism. He was awarded a joint Chevening/Young Indian IT Professional Programme 2002 Scholarship by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office to study Advanced IT Management Programme at Manchester Business School, University of Manchester from 2001-2002.
