Selection of the Judging Committee for the Bahrain eContent Award (BeA)
Manama, April 2007


Ahmed Al Hujairi, Head of the Organizing Committee for the Bahrain eContent Award, announced that the jury members have been nominated to evaluate and judge the participating entries in the competition according to the organizing committee’s standards.


The Committee includes 3 international members:

  • Gabriel Al Deek (Lebanon) Professional Computer Association
  • Jack Bomens (Holland) Senior Consultant (EMR)
  • Manar Al Hashash (Kuwait) Project Manager and Marketing Dot Design


As well as judges from the Kingdom of Bahrain specialized in the fields of Information Technology (IT) and website design. The judges will be in the Kingdom from 29/4/2007 to 3/5/2007 to judge all participating entries.


The participants will be judged based on:

  • Quality and comprehensiveness of content in terms of depth and originality
  • Usability and ease of navigation
  • Creative use of interactivity and different communication mediums
  • Aesthetics of the electronic channel as well as use of sound and visual effects
  • Technical quality
  • Strategic importance in improving the IT community worldwide.
